I assumed the position of Chairperson of the company in June 2025, following its acquisition by [a global trading company].

Since taking office, I have been involved in the company's management while collaborating with the current CEO. However, following his intention to step down, finding a successor for the CEO position became one of my most critical and significant responsibilities.
