At Barton Muhammad Search we are strongly committed to corporate citizenship through continuous involvement in community programs including donations of time, resources and charitable contributions. We support a variety of national and non-profit organizations focusing on health, education and the development of youth in America.

 

 

Alzheimer's Association, the world leader in Alzheimer research and support, is the first and largest voluntary health organization dedicated to finding prevention methods, treatments and an eventual cure for Alzheimer's disease.

 

The Annual Shrine Circus, is one of the largest fund-raising events sponsored by the Shriners. The Shrine Circus provides a quality, fun-filled, family experience with proceeds going to a great cause, the good work of Shriners in your community. Founded in 1872, the Shrine is best known for its unique parades, its distinctive red fez, and its official philanthropy, children's hospitals.

 

Black Lives Matter is working inside and outside of the system to heal the past, reimagine the present, and invest in the future of Black lives through policy change, investment in our communities, and a commitment to arts and culture.

Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund is considered "The Golf Charity of Massachusetts," and is one of the largest independent scholarship organizations in New England. The Ouimet Fund was founded in 1949 and since that time has awarded over $14.2 million in need-based college tuition assistance scholarships.

The Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF) is the largest independent organization devoted to melanoma. Committed to the support of medical research in finding effective treatments and eventually a cure for melanoma, the MRF also educates patients and physicians about prevention, diagnosis and the treatment of melanoma. The MRF is an active advocate for the melanoma community, helping to raise awareness of this disease and the need for a cure. PMC-Dana Farber Cancer Institute, since it's founding in 1947, has been committed to providing cancer patients with the best treatment available today while developing tomorrow's cures through cutting-edge research.

 

The Smile Train help provide free cleft surgery and related treatment for children who would otherwise never receive it. Helping these children is the mission of The Smile Train.

 

Special Olympics, founded by Eunice Kennedy Shriver, creates new opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics is often the only place where they have an opportunity to participate in their communities and develop belief in themselves. From a backyard summer camp to a global movement, Special Olympics has been changing lives and attitudes for more than 40 years.

 

United Way is engaged in nearly 1,800 communities across more than 40 countries and territories worldwide.  We are focused on creating community-based and community-led solutions that strengthen the cornerstones for a good quality of life: education, financial stability and health.

 

Wounded Warrior Project, (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families.  On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died including hundreds of firefighters and rescue workers.  Many warriors reorganized a sense of duty to volunteer for the military following these tragic events.
