Kelly Baranovic joined Barton Muhammad Search in 2000 and currently functions as Consultant & Chief of Staff.  Kelly serves as an integrator and confidant to Tim Barton, Managing Partner and Ismail Muhammad, Partner, on strategic initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.  She has a passion for seeing other succeed and works to build relationships by serving as a conduit between Partners, Clients, and Candidates.

 

Kelly joined BMS as a Recruiting Coordinator and later progressed to Manager Sourcing & Research, Manager Research & Communications, Senior Manager Research & Communications, Consultant & Senior Manager Research, and Consultant & Director of Research.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Oglethorpe University and a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University.
