With his uncompromising focus on the needs of his clients and candidates, Partner Ismail Muhammad has been a strategic leader, consultant, and recruiter for nearly two decades within the consumer facing industry across general management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and eCommerce functions.

 

Ismail naturally and intentionally works to build more diverse and inclusive teams, which aligns with BMS’s mission. As an active advocate on providing gender and diversity placements, Ismail assists clients to transform in a market of constant change. With a high-touch, thoughtful and long-term approach to our client partners, Ismail provides non-fee-based consulting for clients in the areas of compensation, organizational design, succession management, retention and DE&I. Ismail leads c-suite searches for well-known private equity, emerging, and mature consumer related companies.  In addition, Ismail also has oversight of BMS’s internal recruiting and research teams.

 

Ismail received his B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
