Freddie joined BMS in January 2016 and currently serves as the Director Research & Search Strategy. Freddie shares responsibility with organizational peers as a Recruiter Captain, directing internal research activity and managing pro bono market research projects for clients (compensation surveys and go-to-market design).

 

Freddie joined BMS as a Research Analyst Intern and later progresses to Sr. Associate Manager Intern Program & Research Analyst, and Senior Manager Research. Overlapping his time with BMS, Freddie was a member of the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance American Football league.

 

Freddie received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  While attending Georgia Tech, he was a member of the Men's Football Team
