I’m the Founder of XXX. In the summer of 2023, I decided to hire a CEO to run my company. As this was the most important role I’d ever hired for, I decided to work with a recruiter so I could be sure I didn’t miss any great candidates. • They knew who was “good” vs who was “great” 2-3 interviews before I did. How? They are well connected with board members and use these backchannel references to get the real-real candidates.

• They were available and working on the weekends running their business, as was I. We had several Saturday/Sunday calls when my weeks got jammed up. I never felt bad about calling them on the weekends b/c they’d be working regardless.

• They knew what candidates wanted from a comp perspective, so making an offer and getting to a “yes” was a seamless process.

 

I wholeheartedly recommend Tim & Ish and plan to use them again for my next C-Level search.
