Alison Banik joined Barton Muhammad Search in 2022 as the company’s Director of Administration. In this role, Alison is responsible for leading all aspects of BMS’s Administrative, Accounting and Human Resources functions and serves as a business partner carrying a strong strategic voice within the company, sharing responsibility for the financial and operational performance of BMS.

 

Prior to joining BMS, Alison has spent much of her career working in financially based roles within in the consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries for companies including Jones and Kolb, Willmer Engineering, Phillips Partnership, and IFIDA. In these roles she gained extensive experience in accounting, receivables, payables, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations, contracts, and budgeting.

 

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton.
